Hülya Maç - Chairman of the Board of Directors

Hülya Maç was born in 1973 in İstanbul. MAÇ completed her undergraduate education at Anadolu University, Faculty of Business Administration in 1998 and received Pedagogical Formation training at Yıldız Technical University between 1997 and 1998. On top of that, besides being a professional coach she completed her master’s degree at Management and Strategy between 2016 and 2017.

Since 2007, Hülya MAÇ, who has worked as Human Resources and Training Manager in many important companies, founded Etkili Koçluk Danışmanlık ve Eğitim Hizmetleri A.Ş. (Etkili Coaching Consulting and Training Services INC.) in January 2021. MAÇ, who continues to serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors, also serves as a leadership and executive development trainer, professional (Adler) leader coach, team coach, career coach, Transactional Analysis (TAPDA) Practitioner, NLP coach and professional consultant. Hülya MAÇ is also a member of the International Coaching Federation ICF, provides support to organizations in the areas of staff recruitment, orientation and performance with her thirty years of professional experience.
